Alternatively, you can also send us an email, and we’ll follow up from there.</span><br /></span><br />Q: How do you deliver the goods to me?<br /><span style="color:#666666;">A: We will send out the items by post only. Either by normal post, or registered mail, it’s your call. (We would advise you to get registered mail as we will not be liable for loss of mail through normal postages.)<br /></span><br />Q: Is mailing fee included in the items?<br /><span style="color:#666666;">A: No, the postage fees are not included in the items. For price range of postages, do refer to below.</span><br /><br />Q: How much is the fee?<br /><span style="color:#666666;">A: For normal postage, it’s between the <strong>range of S$1.00 to S$1.50</strong>. For registered mail, it’s between the <strong>range of S$2.50 to S$3.00</strong>.<br /></span><br />Q: How do I know which item have customization of colour?<br /><span style="color:#666666;">A: All items that are customizable will be indicated. If yes, how much will that be?<br /><span style="color:#666666;">A:<strong> </strong>Yes, we do charge for customization of goods. The price varies from each design, and the best way out is to send us an enquiry email so that we are able to fill you in.</span><br /><br />Q: How do you know which colour of customization is available?<br /><span style="color:#666666;">A: Firstly, if you’re interested in the goods displayed, but wish to have them in another colour, do let us know.
