Q: How do I place an order?
A: You might want to fill up the order form, which can be found under the navigations. Alternatively, you can also send us an email, and we’ll follow up from there.

Q: How do you deliver the goods to me?
A: We will send out the items by post only. Either by normal post, or registered mail, it’s your call. (We would advise you to get registered mail as we will not be liable for loss of mail through normal postages.)

Q: Is mailing fee included in the items?
A: No, the postage fees are not included in the items. For price range of postages, do refer to below.

Q: How much is the fee?
A: For normal postage, it’s between the range of S$1.00 to S$1.50. For registered mail, it’s between the range of S$2.50 to S$3.00.

Q: How do I know which item have customization of colour?
A: All items that are customizable will be indicated. Send us an email for detailed explanation.
We will state the item which provides the service.

Q: Do you charge for the customization service? If yes, how much will that be?
A: Yes, we do charge for customization of goods. The price varies from each design, and the best way out is to send us an enquiry email so that we are able to fill you in.

Q: How do you know which colour of customization is available?
A: Firstly, if you’re interested in the goods displayed, but wish to have them in another colour, do let us know. We’ll check whether the colour that you are looking for is available, then will we revert to you, as soon as possible.

Q: Can you find our products in other blog shop?
A: All our products are purely handmade out of inspiration and creativity. Should you find another similar looking product in other websites, I do hope you are able to let us know as well.
